News from Tadley Rural East Police December 2018 – Note, the following is not the full history for December. Current Neighbourhood Priorities are: Burglary Residential/Burglary Business and Community, Traffic Related Incidents, Theft, Anti-Social Behaviour and Criminal Damage. In the month of December there were 26 incidents in the Tadley area: 1 Burglary, 8 Theft, 11 Assault, 1 Public Order, 2 Criminal Damage, 2 Road Traffic Collisions (RTC), 9 Suspicious Incidents and 4 Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). Burglary - A property in Glebe Close was broken into and a large number of items were stolen. Traffic Incidents - There were two damage only RTC’s on Mulfords Hill and West Street. Theft - Engine parts and the front bumpers/lights were stolen from separate vehicles parked in Brick Kiln Industrial Estate. A large amount of scrap metal was stolen from a workshop at The Green. A mobile phone was stolen from a person in Sainsburys, the victim believes they were pickpocketed. An attempt was made to enter a vehicle parked in Honeybottom Road. Entry was gained to a vehicle parked on Mulfords Hill and items were stolen. A vehicle was found with its door open in Stanfield, damage was caused to the ignition.
